Overview
The Announcement Popup section displays a customizable promotional message as soon as someone enters your site.
It’s ideal for welcoming visitors, announcing sales, or highlighting special offers.
You can adjust its text, buttons, colors, and size to match your brand and control how often it reappears for returning visitors.
Details
Configurable settings:
General
- Enable: Toggle the popup on or off.
- Make this popup always visible in Customize page: Allows previewing the popup in the theme editor without affecting the live site.
- Custom Liquid Content: Add custom HTML or Liquid content inside the popup.
- How often to show the popup: Set how many days after closing it should reappear to visitors.
Text
- Title: Set the main heading of your popup.
- Subtitle: Add supporting text or a short description below the title.
Buttons
- Primary Button Text: Text for your main call-to-action button (leave empty to hide).
- Primary Button URL: Link for the main button.
- Secondary Button Text: Text for your secondary button (leave empty to hide).
- Secondary Button URL: Link for the secondary button.
Sizes
- Title text size: Adjust the title font size for desktop.
- Title text size (mobile): Adjust the title font size for mobile.
- Subtitle text size: Adjust the subtitle font size for desktop.
- Subtitle text size (mobile): Adjust the subtitle font size for mobile.
- Buttons’ text size: Set the button font size for desktop.
- Buttons’ text size (mobile): Set the button font size for mobile.
Colors
- Primary button text color: Choose the text color for the main button.
- Primary button background color: Set the background color of the main button.
- Primary button border color: Choose a border color for the main button.
- Secondary button text color: Choose the text color for the secondary button.
- Secondary button background color: Set the background color of the secondary button.
- Secondary button border color: Choose a border color for the secondary button.
- Background color: Set the popup’s background color.
- Background color transparency: Adjust background opacity.
- Shadow color: Select the color of the popup’s shadow.
Design Options
- Popup border radius: Control the roundness of the popup corners.
- Popup maximum width: Define how wide the popup can be on screen.
- Box shadow style: Choose from various shadow depth and style options.
- Prevent page scrolling when popup is open: Disable page scrolling while the popup is active.
- Use custom font?: Toggle to apply a custom font instead of your store’s default.
- Font family: Select a font for the popup text.
Button Padding
- Button padding (desktop): Adjust button padding for desktop view.
- Button padding (mobile): Adjust button padding for mobile view.
Additional
- Popup width: Set the maximum width of the popup on desktop screens.
