Welcome to EzfyCode. By purchasing our Shopify Speed Optimization services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

We provide manual speed optimization services for Shopify stores. This includes code refactoring, image compression, lazy loading implementation, and app analysis. We do not use recurring monthly apps to achieve these results.

3. Guarantees

We guarantee a significant improvement in your store's loading speed, targeting under 3 seconds load time on standard connections. If we cannot improve your store's speed, we offer a full refund. Note that external factors such as third-party app servers or Shopify's own server issues are beyond our control.

4. Access & Security

To perform our services, we require a collaborator account access to your Shopify store. We do not require your personal login credentials. We operate with a strict privacy policy and will never share your store's data.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment is a one-time fee. Refunds are processed if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon improvements. Once the work is delivered and accepted, refunds are not typically issued unless a critical error caused by our optimization is found within the 30-day support period.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution (including working on duplicate themes), EzfyCode is not liable for any loss of sales or revenue during the optimization process. We recommend clients always maintain a backup of their theme.
