A little bit of the story behind EZFY.

Diego Fortes - EZFY's creator
  • Greetings! My name is Diego Fortes. I am a 27 years old software engineer with 8 years of coding experience and 5 years of professional experience in web development.

    Back in the beginning of 2018 I noticed an exponential growth of clients having trouble with or wanting to customize their pre-owned Shopify themes.

    Bearing that in mind I've founded EZFY to help people aid those seemingly simpler issues so they wouldn't need to resort to apps or pricy development teams.

After! Once all the tasks are finished we'll send you an invoice with the total price in EUR, USD or AUD depending on your preference. We kindly ask that payments are fixed within 24 hours upon the completion of the project.

Absolutely! In case anything we coded breaks you can get in touch with us within 7 days and we'll get back to you within 24 hours to fix it with no extra charges. Worth noticing that modifications are not included in the free support.

Currently we work with PayPal and Bank Transfer. Bank transfers are encouraged since we can give you 7% of discount. Additionally we have bank accounts in Australia, the United States & Europe, so you don't have to worry about overseas fees if you reside in any of those places.

We have a chat about what you want to implement or fix on your website. Once we talk it through all tasks are added into a Google Sheets file with their respective prices and status.

We code it

A deadline is given and we start working. Once everything is finished we contact you, you double check whether everything is as you wish and if it's all good payment is fixed.
